Products & Services
We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of orders being returned to our location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided by you, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the specified and/or selected delivery day. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, or due to the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the specified and/or selected delivery day,
a redelivery fee will be incurred should you decide to opt for it. Should you decide that the order is no longer wanted, we are unable to process a refund given its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the order.
Products purchased from pawsomepalate.com are selected and deemed to be suitable for your dog by you. Pawsome Palate will not be held liable for any loss, harm, medical conditions or death as a result of consumption
of the product(s).
Products purchased from Pawsomepalate.com are for personal use only.
You may not resell any of the products that you purchase or receive from us.
Pawsome Palatewill not be held liable for any consequences as a result of a violation of this term.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products
or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing or discontinuation of product(s)
are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be made for unfulfilled orders provided it meets
the terms stated in the Cancellation Policy mentioned below.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation once ordered. Pawsome Palate reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full amount to the customer.
Delivery Policy
You will be informed of the scheduled delivery date and timing a few days before the delivery to your doorstep will take place. Should you not be home during the scheduled date and timing, we will take it back as we would not want the food to be spoilt, you will need to arrange for another delivery date, which will be charged an additional fee of $10, unless, instructed to leave it at your doorstep
